Our Festival Crew

“I’m thrilled that Philadelphia is being recognized for both its history and influence in cinema. I’m excited to be joining Off Page as a film festival assistant.” ~Tamia

Tamia Harvey-Martin

Festival Coordinator

With an interest in folklore, Tamia seeks to develop her craft in narrative storytelling. A resident of Lower Bucks County, she's thrilled that Philadelphia is being recognized for both its influence and its character — a city that she hopes to see featured in more T.V./film. She has a buddy feature screenplay and supernatural T.V. pilot in the works.

She earned her B.A. in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Emily Dabney

Emily received a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University, where she studied English and performed in many theater productions. She is an event and marketing professional with a background in performance, production, writing and directing.

She has written, produced and directed two of her own short films and is currently working on a feature length script. She is thrilled to be involved in the Off Page Film Festival, bringing people together to connect through the art of storytelling and film.

Julia DuPree

Julia is a Philadelphia native with a passion for film, media and social justice. She earned a Master's Degree in Community and Policy Social Work from Temple University and continues to tie storytelling into the work that she does. Professionally, Julia works to support AmeriCorps Programs across Pennsylvania. As a creative, she studies filmmaking with a concentration in screenwriting.

In her free time, Julia can be found on the green trails across the city, studying anthropology on YouTube, or singing (not extremely well) at the top of her lungs—mostly in the comfort of her own home.
